- While the cheese is melting, cook bacon.
- Once the bacon is cooked, pour your chicken mixture into the bacon pan with the bacon grease (this gives it extra flavor!) Make sure all cheese it mixed in and melted.

4. Pork Chops
This is the other recipe that I have not tried yet. I feel like so many crockpot recipes use chicken, so I really wanted to try one that was not! I will also update once I try this one.

5. Marry Me Chicken
This recipe is named Marry Me Chicken for a reason. It’s so good! My family ate every bit of this meal right up! My two older kids actually raced to finish so they could get seconds. We ate it with pasta, so I did tweak this recipe just a little. After it was done cooking in the crockpot, I moved it to a big pan on the stove. I added a little bit of flour mixed with water (to thicken), some extra parmesan, and a little bit more heavy whipping cream.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, Italian seasoning
- fresh basil
- parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your crockpot.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta!
6. Chicken Buffalo Sliders
Oh my gosh! These sliders are the best! We toasted our ciabatta bread, added some pepper jack cheese, some Swiss, and a little bit of ranch. They were so so good! If you like wings, this is for you. Truly one of the easiest yummiest recipes we’ve tried so far.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 package ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into your crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve on ciabatta bread with cheddar pepper jack and Swiss cheese.
